Most events are free of charge and free to join irrespective of your affiliation. Events and courses you find on our website are selected for a life science-oriented audience: researchers of all career levels and (aspiring) entrepreneurs are our main target groups but we also welcome participitation from business talents and other fields.

However, if access is restricted or limited you will find this information in the detailed event description. Moreover, we indicate the target groups for the events we provide if necessary.

Yes, people from all Helmholtz centers are welcome.  Our purposes is to create a community for everyone interested in life science innovation, transfer and entrepreneurship. We are happy to see you in our community!

However, owing to funding reasons, some events and courses are restricted to persons affiliated with Helmholtz Health centers. 

Our community members are mostly researchers, scientists and employees from Helmholtz centers working on health-related topics.

However, we are happy to include partners and other research centers as well as industry peers to enrich our community.

Being a life scientist on an entrepreneurial journey can often feel isolating. While pushing your research project towards starting up a business you may encounter challenges unique to your situation - plus all the regulatory issues connected to life science translation and entrepreneurship.

H3 Health Hub provides a network of peers, role models and experts in various areas of the life science entrepreneurship journey. Join us if you seek guidance or wish to discover solutions together with other scientists who are maybe facing or have previously navigated similar challenges.

Local and regional bio-clusters play a significant role in linking scientists, entrepreneurs and industry. H3 Health Hub aims at expanding upon this by creating a network of life science entrepreneurs throughout the Helmholtz association, Germany and beyond.

In doing so, we're forming an ecosystem of life scienctists, entrepreneurs and relevant people who can share knowledge and support one another on a more than regional scale.
